Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how NRD Finance ("we," "our," or "app") handles information in connection with our mobile application and related services.

Our core principle is simple: we are built around self-custody and zero tracking. We do not collect personal data that identifies you, and we do not link any technical information to your identity.

1. The "Zero Tracking" and Non-Custodial Principle

NRD Finance is a non-custodial (self-custody) cryptocurrency wallet based on Account Abstraction (Smart Wallets). This means that you have complete and exclusive control over your funds and private keys.

We NEVER collect, hold, or have access to:

  • Your recovery phrase (Mnemonic / Seed Phrase).
  • Your Private Keys.
  • Your security PIN, biometrics (FaceID/TouchID), or passwords.
  • Your funds or digital assets.

All of this information is encrypted and stored locally on your own device using the operating system's native secure storage technologies. If you lose your recovery phrase, we have no way to help you recover it.

Furthermore, our App is built around a "zero tracking" approach:

  • No Analytics SDKs: We do not embed analytics tracking tools (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) inside the App.
  • No Ads SDKs: We do not run advertising pixels or social media trackers.
  • No Cookies: Since we do not track you, the App does not use tracking cookies.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, we do not:

  • Require account creation, name, email, phone number, physical address, or identity documents (KYC).
  • Collect or store any personally identifiable information on our servers.
  • Link technical data (like IP addresses) to your personal identity.
  • Sell your data to anyone.

3. Limited Information Processed

To operate the App and provide its core functionalities, only the absolute minimum technical data is processed transiently:

3.1. Blockchain Data (Public by Nature)

When you conduct a transaction (such as sending assets, swapping tokens, or depositing into yield vaults), these actions are broadcasted to public blockchain networks (like Base and Arbitrum). Your wallet address and transaction history are public and visible to anyone on block explorers. We do not link your wallet address to you personally.

3.2. Technical and Network Data (IP Addresses)

When the App communicates with infrastructure providers (RPC Nodes) to fetch your balances or broadcast transactions, your IP address and basic request data are temporarily exposed to these providers for standard network processing. This data is held transiently and is not stored permanently by us.

4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

To provide advanced functionality, NRD Finance allows you to interact with independent third parties, who operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share personally identifiable information with them:

  • Infrastructure Providers: RPC Nodes (e.g., Coinbase Bundler, Alchemy, Infura) used to read blockchain data and broadcast transactions.
  • Price and Data Aggregators: APIs such as DefiLlama or CoinGecko, used exclusively to fetch up-to-date quotes.
  • WalletConnect: If you choose to connect to decentralized applications (DApps) via WalletConnect, your related connection data is handled by those third parties.
  • DeFi Protocols & DEXs: The "Earn" functionality (e.g., Aave V3) and Swap services interact directly via Smart Contracts.
  • Fiat On/Off-Ramp Providers: If you use third-party providers to buy or sell crypto with fiat currency within the App, these providers may collect identity, payment, and KYC information directly from you to comply with applicable laws. We do not receive or store this KYC data.

*We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers before using their services.*

5. Use of Biometrics and PIN

NRD Finance utilizes biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) and a 6-digit PIN to secure access to the app.

  • Biometric data is processed exclusively by your device's operating system. The application only receives a success or failure confirmation. We do not collect, read, or store your fingerprints or facial geometry.
  • The hash of your PIN is securely saved in the device's encrypted storage.

6. App Store Compliance

This policy has been drafted in strict compliance with the guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

  • We openly declare that we are a non-custodial software and act solely as a technological interface. We do not offer custody or centralized financial services.
  • Because we practice "zero tracking," there is no requirement to prompt users for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions, as no tracking across third-party apps or websites occurs.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not store your data on our servers, you have total control over it.

To "delete" your data, simply:

  1. Transfer your funds to another wallet (if you wish).
  2. Uninstall the NRD Finance app from your device, or clear the data/cache in your system settings.

*Important: Uninstalling the app without having saved your recovery phrase (Seed Phrase) will result in the permanent loss of the wallet and the funds contained within it.*

8. Children's Privacy

NRD Finance is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or adolescents. If a legal guardian identifies that a minor is using the app inappropriately, they can simply uninstall it from the device.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app or on our official website. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
